Calendar Management

As a calendar manager, you will make sure your client’s calendar is organized, that they know what appointments are happening that week or day and will be inputting new activities throughout the week.

Email Management

As an email manager, you will be organizing your client’s email account(s), but creating folders by client or project, syncing with their calendar, cleaning out and unsubscribing from daily junk mail and more. This is a vital part of the business because it can be a tedious task for the business owner, and they would greatly value someone else owning this piece.

Customer Service Specialist

A customer service specialist would be the first point of contact for their customers. It’s important to be friendly, respond quickly and make sure the overall experience is a positive one.

Bookkeeper

This is a very important role in a business, so if you like numbers and can be extremely organized, this might be the right service for you. Keeping up with business expenses is overwhelming, until you stepped in and took care of all of it for the client….YAY superhero!

Newsletter Creator

A lot of small businesses like to send out weekly newsletters to their clients or followers to keep themselves top of mind. You can easily create beautiful newsletters and you don’t have to be a graphic designer! You can use programs such as, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva. This is the easiest service to offer as you will simply be plugging data in for the client. It could be data for a newsletter or program materials or even social platform posts. There is not creativity needed, just typing abilities.

No, you will not be planning a wedding, but you could be planning a Podcast show, webinar with partner, or even an in-person business meeting. As long as you are organized and a good planner, this could be a great option for you.

Client Onboarding

The client onboarding experience is extremely important for any business. You would be responsible for ensuring the client is onboarded into the program or service and that their experience is seamless and positive.

Facebook Group Manager

If social media or just communicating is your jam, then being a FB group manager could be your calling. Many small businesses have a FB group but need an expert to manage it. Somone who could accept group requests, make sure posts are responded to and create posts or reminders for things happening in the group.
